Executive Coaching and Mentorship
Senior leadership requires a shift in perspectives. The mindset to think “outside the box” and to dare a paradigm shift is a hallmark of high quality leadership. By pairing senior leaders in a one-to-one setting with seasoned former and current executives, we provide an environment for knowledge and experience sharing. Our coaches, who have served in senior leadership positions in both the public and private sectors, are eager and trained to share their wealth of leadership skills with current senior business leaders. Our coaching program is a highly structured and provides safe environment to foster the continued development of senior leaders. This program and its staff assist participants understand their current leadership attributes and skills, identify skills gaps, and address those areas through rigorously designed coaching plans.
Diversity and Inclusion Consulting
In today’s multicultural workplace, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) has become a major strategic business consideration. Organizations, large and small, are well aware of the impact of a well thought out and inclusive policy on their public image and bottom line. There is a dearth of empirical and analytical research establishing that organizations that are inclusive and accommodating to diversity in all its essence are more resilient, harmonious and preferred by both employees and customers. Our consulting team is made up of a diverse group of researchers and practitioners with years of experience in designing DEI policies and leading initiatives for small, medium and large organization in both the private and public sectors. We are equipped to provide DEI training facilitation, conduct seminars, designing training programs, or evaluating how inclusive your workplace culture is.
Leadership Training
At BlueSky we believe that leadership is a skill that can be learned, cultivated and honed. Organized into two levels, entry-level and mid-level leadership, our Stand-to-Lead (STL) program is designed to give aspiring and practicing leaders the opportunity to acquire crucial skills required for their levels of leadership positions. Beyond enabling leaders to be more productive at their current positions, the skills developed though this trainings also prepare participating leaders for the next level of their leadership development. Through seminars and lectures, STL program helps leaders develop core and advanced leadership skills including fundamental leadership skills such as influencing and inspiring, and advanced skills such as critical thinking and decision making to advanced topics in leadership such as navigating though disruptions and challenging business issues, systems thinking and structured problem solving skills.
Global Executive Connections and Talent Development
In today’s globalized world economy, no country or business is insulated from events and developments happening elsewhere in the world. Whether Banks and other financial institutions, commodity traders or manufactures or even service providers no business is immune from the effects of events beyond national, even reginal borders.
Our Global Executive Talent Development and Connections (GETDC) program is designed to foster global connections that promote the exchange of executive talent and sharing of knowledge between US businesses and businesses in the rest of the world. Our GETDC program has two main areas of focus:
- On behalf of our overseas clients and partners, we assist in the identification of suitable short term trainings, relevant conferences and other events that are of interest for executives from the rest of the world in the US. Our services could range from connecting executives with conferences and organizations to assisting in B1 visa application and providing general assistance to visiting executives while they are in the US.
- Working in collaboration with our overseas partners, we recruit experienced executives (retired and current), academicians and other from the US serve as guest speakers at events, trainers and coaches to business executives on short term assignments.
